We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or incorrect information.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, measurements, colours, photographs, and other information accurately.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, screen settings, device displays, and other factors.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product information carefully before placing an order.

3. Pricing and Availability

Product prices and availability displayed on the Website may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product information, or other inaccuracies on the Website.

If an error materially affects an order already placed, we may contact the customer and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order may be subject to payment confirmation, product availability, verification, and other reasonable checks.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, email, and other information required to process and deliver an order.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment service provider.

The availability and processing of individual payment methods may be subject to Razorpay and the relevant bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or other financial institution.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 working days.

After dispatch, delivery is generally expected within 5–10 days, depending on the customer's location, courier serviceability, operational conditions, and other circumstances affecting delivery.

We use Shiprocket and/or courier partners available through Shiprocket for order delivery.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We do not generally provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or other non-defect-related reasons, subject to applicable law.

A replacement may be considered where a product is received damaged or defective.

Customers making such a claim must contact us at contact@heeratextiles.com within 7 days of delivery and provide the required evidence.

Customers should record a clear and continuous unboxing video from before opening the parcel through the complete unboxing process. Subject to applicable law, a damaged or defective product claim may be rejected if adequate evidence, including the required unboxing video, is not provided.

All claims are subject to verification and approval.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content available on the Website, including our product photographs, graphics, logos, text, designs, website content, and branding, belongs to Heera Textiles or is used with appropriate authorization.

We currently use Razorpay for payment processing and Shiprocket for shipping/logistics services.
