Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order with Heera Textiles.
No Returns, Refunds or General Exchanges
Heera Textiles does not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or other non-defect-related reasons, subject to applicable law.
Customers are therefore requested to carefully review the product description, specifications, measurements, colour, quantity, and other product information before placing an order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may contact us to request a replacement.
To make a claim, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Mandatory Unboxing Video
Customers are strongly required to record a continuous, clear unboxing video while opening the delivered parcel.
The video should:

Clearly show the unopened package before it is opened.

Show the shipping label/order information where reasonably visible.

Record the complete opening of the parcel without cuts or interruptions.

Clearly show the product and the claimed damage or defect.
The unboxing video must be submitted to contact@heeratextiles.com within 7 days of delivery.
Subject to applicable law, claims for damaged or defective products may be rejected if a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the parcel and product at the time of opening is not provided.
Replacement Approval
Submitting an unboxing video does not automatically guarantee a replacement.
Heera Textiles will review the claim and supporting evidence. If the product is confirmed to have been delivered damaged or defective and the claim satisfies this policy, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, subject to product availability and applicable law.
If the same product is unavailable, we will contact you regarding the appropriate resolution.
Colour and Appearance
Actual product colours may vary slightly from those displayed on your screen because of photography, lighting conditions, display settings, and differences between devices.
Minor colour variations caused by these factors will generally not be considered a product defect.
